Rye Whiskey

Hand Shadow is a collaboration between RockFilter Distillery and musician and writer, Dessa. It began as a rye whiskey that was aged in 15-gallon white oak barrels, then finished in ruby port casks. A blend of rye, triticale and corn gives it both power and polish. All the grain was organically grown in Minnesota - Dessa and RockFilter were too.
